The STIHL MS 181 C-BE petrol chainsaw is a powerful tool for groands maintenance and features comfortable operation. The advantages of the MS 181 C-BE are particularly appreciated during demanding tasks in domestic settings and by skilled trades. The version with a bar length of 35 cm is also suitable for felling smaller trees.
The STIHL 2-MIX engine offers high cutting performance with economical fuel consumption. During starting, the strength-saving STIHL ErgoStart function halves the effort required compared to conventional STIHL starting systems. You can use the manual fuel pump to pump petrol into the carburettor after a long period of non-operation, making it even easier to start. During use, single-lever operation means you can work with less effort, while the practical metal claw stop lets you easily and precisely guide the petrol-powered chainsaw as you cut.
The STIHL MS 181 C-BE is also equipped with STIHL Quick Chain Tensioning, which you can use to re-tension the saw chain easily and safely without tools. Pre-separation routing ensures the chainsaw operates at high efficiency and for a very long time without needing to clean the filter. It does this by removing coarse particles en route to the air filter.
